Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi – Aut, Himachal Pradesh | Volvo Transfer
• On the first day when in Delhi take a cab at your own expenditure & reach the Volvo station either in Majnu
• Ka Tilla or Rama Krishna Metro Station.
• Volvo timings are between 4:30 – 6:30 pm. Undertake an overnight journey to Aut.

Day 2: Aut Volvo Station – Tirthan Grand Riverside | Shanghar Meadows Excursion ; Hidden Waterfall Visit & Statue Of Larji
• On arrival, you will be meeting your hosts.
• Check-in and relax for a few hours.
• Afternoon, travel to Hidden Valley in the Laps Of Himalayas.
• After 16Km drive, short hike (5-7 Min) to hidden waterfall (one of the biggest Natural waterfall in Great Himalayan National Park).
• Later to Shanghar Meadow – One of the best attraction in Great Himalayan National Park Area.
• Breathtaking view of Valley, Lush coniferous forests, emerald meadows strewn with exotic flora, fauna,
• soaring snowy peaks and pristine glaciers.
• Explore nature & magnificent view of Shanghar Meadow.
• On returning back stop at Natural Rock Face – Statue Of Larji, creation by nature.
• Evening Back to Guesthouse .
• Dinner , Bonfire , Overnight stay.

Day 3: Jibhi – Jalori Pass – Serolsar Lake Trek
• Morning breakfast & start your journey to mountains.
• Breathtaking view of Valley, Lush coniferous forests, emerald meadows strewn with exotic flora, fauna,
• soaring snowy peaks and pristine glaciers.
• Reaching Jalori you can proceed for Serolsar Lake Approx. 3.5 Kms Trek.
• At Serolsar Lake take blessings of Holy shrine Mata Budhi Nagni.
• Explore nature & magnificent view of lake.
• Later back to Guesthouse
• Evening at leisure
• Dinner & Overnight Stay.

Day 4: To Manali To Sethan – Igloo Campsite
• Morning breakfast & start your journey to depart to Manali
• Report at our Pickup Point, Prini at 11.00 AM
• Briefing you about staying in Igloo and Complete necessary documents.
• Allotment of snow dress and prepare for proceeding to Igloo adventure
• Enjoy One hour snow drive by 4-wheel drive to Sethan Village (12 Kms – Hamta Valley)
• After Reaching 30 Minutes Snow track in the forest to reach the Igloo Camps.
• On Arrival, warm welcome with hot tea/coffee and refreshment, briefing and assistance.
• Enjoy skiing, tube sliding and other snow activities which will continue till the evening.
• You will be served hot Lunch.
• Evening Dinner along with bonfire and Music.
• Later brefiefing about use of sleeping bag etc. to make your stay comfortable.
• Overnight stay at Igloo Campsite

Day 5: Sethan To Manali | Departure | Drop At Volvo Station
• Morning tea/coffee served in the Dining area.
• Breakfast & time to say goodbye.
• Spend some time for memorable clicks at Igloo Manali
• At 9.30 AM proceed back to Track for 30-40 minutes uphill Vehicle Pick-Up Point (Sethan Village) and further one hour 4X4 drive to reach Drop Location / Pickup Point Manali for your onward journey to Delhi.

• Delhi – Aut | Manali – Delhi by AC Volvo transfer.
• All transfers & sightseeing by Private Cab.
• Accommodation in selected Hotel as per itinerary specified.

• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities, road blockage, snowfall, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Camera fees, any rides, activities, monuments entrance fees, guide charges etc.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any other item not specified in the Package Inclusions.
• On Hills Ac Will not work.

Booking Policy

• 45 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 50%
• Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%
• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

 

Cancellation Policy

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

 

Flight Tickets

100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

 

Rescheduling

In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
