Tour Description

Day 1 Chandigarh – Dharamshala
Meal:- Dinner
Once you reach the airport/railway station, our representative will meet you and assist you on your journey to Dharamshala. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Enjoy a leisurely evening and later, relish a delicious dinner. Spend a relaxed night at the hotel.
Dharamshala is a city in the upper region of the Kangra Valley and is surrounded by dense coniferous forest consisting mainly of stately Deodar cedar trees On arrival, you will Check in to the Hotel. Remaining day is Free at Leisure. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Dharamshala Mc Leodganj Local Sightseeing
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Port Breakfast, Dharamshala Local Sightseeing. Visit Bhagsunath Temple, Bhagsunath Waterfall, McLeod Ganj, Namgyal Monastery -The Dalai Lama’s Palace & St. John A Catholic Church in Dharamshala. Further proceed to Naddi Village and the famous Dal Lake. Also the picturesque Dharamshala Cricket Stadium which offers stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayas and is one of the highest stadium in the world. Later back to your Hotel & enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 3 Dharamshala – Dalhousie
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Post Breakfast drive to Dalhousie. Dalhousie is a hill station situated on 5 hills in northern state of Himachal Pradesh, India. It was named after Lord Dalhousie who was the British Governor-General in India while establishing this place as a summer retreat. On arrival check in to the hotel. Evening free to stroll at Dalhousie Mall Road. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 Dalhousie Khajjiar (Mini Switzerland of India)
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast in the morning, enjoy full day sightseeing to Khajjiar (also known as Mini Switzerland of India), 25 Kms from Dalhousie. It’s one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here are the other interesting places to cover. It is about 6,500 feet (2,000 m) above sea level in the foothills of the Dhauladhar ranges of the Western Himalayas and snowy peaks can be seen in the distance. Take full day to explore magnificent beauty of Khajjiar
We will take a halt at Panchpula Waterfall, Kala Top Sanctuary, Visit Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market. Overnight stay will be at hotel.
NOTE: In Winters Due to Snow fall, Khajjiar Sightseeing is subjected to Road Conditions. To reach Khajjiar via Chamba will be additional cost & to be paid separately.

Day 5 Dalhousie – Amritsar
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After Breakfast in the Morning at your Hotel, you will drive to Amritsar which is approximately 190 Kms.. Afternoon reach at Amritsar check in at hotel and, visit Wagah Border where you must watch the flag lowering ceremony, at India – Pakistan border gate before sunset each day. Visit Sri Harmandir Sahib, also known as Sri Darbar Sahib or Golden Temple Later return back to your Hotel & Enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 6 Amritsar – Chandigarh
Meals: Breakfast
In the Morning, have Breakfast and check out from the Hotel, Visit Jallianwala Bagh also known as the Amritsar massacre. Later drive back to Airport / Railway Station. Dropping at desired point for your further journey back to home.
Tour ends here with happy memories….))))

• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.

Policies

Payment Policy:

• 45 or more days before departure: 20%
• Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%
• Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%
• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
Rescheduling will only be accepted by E-mail at hiddenhimachal@gmail.com

• Authentic Government ID Card
• Good comfortable shoes for walking.
