Tour Description

Day 1: Arrival
On arrival, the representative of Travel Explorers will meet you & transfer you to your accommodation in Valley.
Chicken at hotel / guest house / Camp and get relaxed for few hours & afternoon enjoy the evening spending time for fishing in Tirthan River. Enjoy bonfire in the evening.

Day 2: Fishing Day Out
After breakfast, Briefing about the area & fishing. Enjoy full day Fishing in Tirthan Stream with Local Guide. Packed lunch will be served.
Later by evening return back to Home Stay/ Camp. Dinner & overnight stay.
(*Do not throw garbage on river beds).

Day 3: Fishing Day Out
After breakfast, Briefing about the area & fishing. Enjoy full day Fishing in Tirthan Stream with Local Guide. Packed lunch will be served.

Day 4: Departure
After breakfast time to checkout for return back home.

Exclusions

• Medical | Travel Insurance.
• Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.
• On hills Ac will not work.

Policies

Payment Policy:

• 45 or more days before departure: 20%
• Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%
• Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%
• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
Rescheduling will only be accepted by E-mail at hiddenhimachal@gmail.com

Must Carry:

• Authentic Government ID Card
• Good comfortable shoes for walking.

We reserve right to change any schedule in interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of travellers etc may cause itinerary change.
